How to Return an Order
We know you will agree that returning merchandise is inconvenient, expensive and no fun for anyone involved. That is why we take such great pains to avoid returns by making sure our customers understand what they are ordering right from the start.
Please read the item descriptions and supporting information carefully. We sell great products, and we guarantee that what you receive will be exactly as described. You can also take advantage of our sample program when offered. The more you know about what you are ordering, the happier we are to sell it to you!
Stock Items
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it partially or in full within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. Contact us with the details of the return and we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). No returns will be accepted without an RMA#.
Initial shipping charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
The products must be unused/new and in their original boxes.

Credits will only be issued to the credit card used for the initial order. If paid by check or money order, a check will be mailed to the customer. In some cases it may take up to 10 business days to have your original charge returned to your credit card.
In the event that an order qualified for and received a quantity discount, special consideration must be taken when accepting a partial return of the specific product that qualified for the quantity discount. If a customer’s partial return request breaks the initial quantity required to qualify for a discount, an adjustment to the refund will be calculated to reflect the price the customer should have paid for the items not returned.
Items received after 30 days are not eligible for return regardless of the reason. After 30 days, all sales are considered final and are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Packages that come back to us with the mention “undeliverable” or packages that are returned by the customer without prior permission from Elegant Ceilings & Walls will have the round-trip shipping cost deducted from their refund amount.
Items that are not in stock are manufactured to order for you and will usually require a shipping delay of 2 to 4 weeks. Such items cannot be returned. Please order samples to make sure you are satisfied with the make, model and colour you select.
The best return policy really is to not ship unwanted products in the first place, and with your help we can make that policy a total success!
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect all items immediately upon receipt for any potential en route damage.
For any orders that arrive damaged, please contact us with pictures of the damage. Shipping back the products will not be accepted because there is no way to prove that the damage occurred during initial shipment. Then, call us at 1-888-544-0369 for information about exchanging your order. All damage claims should be reported within 72 hours of delivery. No refunds are allowed on damaged orders – exchange or replacements only.
