Return Policy

We know you will agree that returning merchandise is inconvenient, expensive and no fun for anyone involved. That is why we take such great pains to avoid returns by making sure our customers understand what they are ordering right from the start.

Please read the item descriptions and supporting information carefully. We sell great products, and we guarantee that what you receive will be exactly as described. You can also take advantage of our sample program when offered. The more you know about what you are ordering, the happier we are to sell it to you!

How to return an order

Return items that are in stock – For orders less than 1000 sq-ft

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it partially or in full within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. Contact us with the details of the return and we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). No returns will be accepted without an RMA#.

Please note that initial delivery charges are non-refundable and any subsequent delivery charges required for a return are the responsibility of the customer. In addition, items must remain intact and be returned in their original packaging.

Returned merchandise must be sent by a recognised transport company (UPS, Purolator or FedEx) to the following address:

Return items that are out of stock (or special orders)

Products that are not in stock at the time of ordering must be made to measure and therefore require a longer delivery time. These products cannot be returned. Please contact us for more details.

To make sure you choose the right item, model and colour, order a sample(s) first. The best returns policy is to avoid ordering products you don’t really want in the first place. With your help, we can make this policy a success all round!

Damaged goods

Take care to inspect all products as soon as you receive them to detect any damage caused by transport.

If the items are damaged, please write to us and include photos. Do not simply return the merchandise, as it will then be impossible for us to determine whether the damage was really caused during the initial delivery. Then call us at 1 888 544-0369 to find out more about our returns policy. All claims for damaged items must be received within 72 hours of delivery. No refunds on damaged products – exchange or replacement only.
